Additional pages, online stores, booking systems, business email, premium tools, and major changes are quoted separately, including recurring fees where applicable.
Care after month 24
After 24 completed payments, the agreed website deliverables become yours, subject to third-party licenses. Continue with separately priced hosting and care, or arrange your own provider.

You’ll work directly with me, from your first conversation to launch and ongoing care.
Is this a 24-month commitment?
Yes. The plan is ₱1,000 per month for 24 months, totaling ₱24,000. It is not a cancel-anytime monthly plan. Billing start, cancellation, and missed-payment terms will be set out in your agreement before you sign.
Is there anything to pay at the start?
There is no separate website setup fee. Domain registration and any optional services may require payment at the start. Your proposal will state when your first monthly payment is due.
What counts as a small update?
One monthly request to replace existing text or images. New sections, additional pages, redesigns, and custom features are quoted separately.
Will I own my website?
Ownership of the agreed website deliverables transfers after all 24 payments are completed, subject to third-party licenses. Hosting, domain renewal, and maintenance after that term are separate.
Will my website rank on Google?
Basic search setup is included. Rankings, traffic, and inquiries cannot be guaranteed.
