BYD Cebu Customer Application · Reservation & Loan Portal
One guided, private place for BYD buyers to reserve and apply for financing, instead of a Messenger thread.

Overview
As a BYD Cebu sales consultant, most of my reservations and financing applications ran through Messenger: photos of IDs, transfer receipts and payslips sent as chat attachments, details retyped into bank forms, files buried in long threads, and buyers unsure what came next or which documents they needed.
I designed and built a private customer portal that replaces that back-and-forth with one guided application in four steps:
- Your details: name as it appears on the government ID, address, TIN, unit and color, with clear consent.
- Reservation: the official dealership account name, a ₱20,000 transfer and a receipt upload, with a private recovery code to come back later.
- Loan application: prefilled from step 1, and unlocked only after the deposit is verified, so every application comes from a committed buyer.
- Documents: a checklist that follows the buyer's source of income (Employee, Business / Self-employed or OFW / Seafarer), with files saved as they upload.
On my side, a consultant dashboard shows who has paid, who is waiting on whom, and which files are complete. Five plain statuses keep both sides in sync: awaiting payment, payment under review, payment verified, awaiting documents and submitted.
I documented the UX and UI in Figma, from the brief, proto-personas and service flow to wireframes at desktop, tablet and mobile, high-fidelity screens for every step and state, and a design system built on the portal's own colors. The portal is live. All names, references and account numbers shown here are sample data.
