Preparing a vehicle sales agreement brings together customer information, vehicle specifications, financing details, additional fees and signatures. The design challenge was to organise these details into a workflow that feels clear and manageable for a sales consultant.

I designed the builder around a structured form and a live document preview, so consultants can enter information and review the agreement in context. Shared details carry forward into a unit-allocation request, while signature capture and JPEG/PDF exports support the next steps.

Across desktop, tablet and mobile, the focus stays consistent: group related information, make the document easy to review and keep the next action clear.
